(Ad-Duha) 93 : 10
وَأَمَّا السَّائِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ

And as for the beggars, do not repulse them.

In Islam, which is the natural way of life that Allah established for all His creatures, begging is not permitted except under unavoidable circumstances. But the Arabic Qur’an-reading Fujjar, who are mentioned as worthless people in verses 25: 17-18, have made begging a habit by converting Adhikr, which is the Best Favor and Prosperity, into disbelief, as told in verses 14: 28-30. Adhikr teaches that Zakat – the Welfare Tax – is the right of the poor, and thus it should reach their homes directly, gradually eradicating poverty from society. But the worst creatures among the thousand communities of the Lord’s creatures, as told in verse 8: 22, have perverted this system, using it to increase beggars and encourage begging.

These Fujjar, who are welcoming Antichrist (Maseeh Ad-Dajjal) to eradicate Islam, will be destroyed by others among the Messenger’s community who will embrace Islam after the second coming of Prophet Jesus and the killing of Antichrist. Thus, the command in verses 4: 90-91; 5: 33; 9: 5, 123; 33: 60-61 will be implemented. See explanation 2: 273; 98: 6.
